Responsibilities

The Receptionist manages and coordinates a variety of activities associated with the first introduction of our hospital to visiting outside individuals. 

 

  • Business Office duties
  • answering telephones
  • route and screen calls
  • greet outside individuals
  • respond to inquires from the public and provide information about the organization. 
  • contribute to the security of an organization by helping to monitor the access of visitors.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Business Office Experience

Customer Service Skills      
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.      
Ability to project a professional Image.       
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions
(Excel, Word processing, databases, PowerPoint, etc.)

 

Education and/or Experience:  


High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.  Previous healthcare experience required.
