  • Interface daily with residents to ensure duty of care; responsible for physical, emotional, and mental well-being of residents.
  • Interface with families, reporting any problems, illnesses, or other concerns to the Executive Director and Resident Care Director. 
  • Responsible for assisting or conducting admission assessments, change of condition assessments, and assist in supervising daily service plans to ensure appropriate care is being delivered.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all healthcare employees.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and Resident Care Director to establish policies and procedures in the community that pertain to total resident services, resident care, staff, and health services.



  • Memory Care experienced required.
  • Ability to effectively address and resolve both employee, resident and family concerns.
  • Experience in staffing schedules.
  • Superior customer relations skills.
  • Demonstrates positive energy, with a caring and compassionate attitude.
  • Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
  • Ability to supervise and  the work of others and motivate for positive performance.
  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
  • Possesses good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Demonstrate use of computer skills.
