The Receptionist manages and coordinates a variety of activities associated with the first introduction of our community to visiting outside individuals. 

  • business office duties
  • answering telephones,
  • route and screen calls,
  • greet outside individuals,
  • respond to inquires from the public and provide
    information about the organization.
  • helping to monitor the access of visitors.


Minimum Qualifications:


Customer Service Skills      
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.      
Ability to project a professional Image.       
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions
(Excel, Word processing, databases, PowerPoint, etc.)


Education and/or Experience:  

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.  Previous senior living experience preferred.
